Jura's new Perspectives range highlights elements of our complex distillery character, by showcasing and amplifying our fruity and balanced house style.

This exciting new range of whiskies will always be natural in colour, non-chill filtered, and with a higher ABV. Perspectives invites you to experience the whisky you love from a whole new point of view.

Perspective No. 01 is a snapshot of Jura’s island spirit. Brought together through a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels and sherry casks, it highlights core elements of the distillery character, featuring notes of stone fruit, assorted dried citrus, wildflower honey and toasted walnut.

Opens with stone fruit, assorted dried citrus and toasted walnut, interwoven with salted toffee and delicate coastal notes.

Taste

White peach, wildflower honey and citrus oil, alongside subtle hints of cassia and cacao nib. Toasted walnut and salted toffee return for a long, warming finish.
