Time has made Jura the island it is today. The result can be seen in its contrasting landscapes; rough and rugged, elemental and timeless. The product of this island home and its resourceful island community, our fruity and balanced whiskies tell their own unique stories.

Our spirit slowly develops in freshly emptied American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels; nurtured and protected from the island elements before its finish in Aged Amoroso Sherry butts.

This deep amber gold whisky reveals aromas of pear, fudge and lemon cheesecake with an intriguing palate of tropical fruits and almond fruit cake.
